What's With Japan And The Pre-Historic Sharks?

First there was the scary-looking frilled shark which surfaced last January. Then another one was found last week. But of course, the scientific world just had to take them which resulted to the creatures death. Stupid. I wonder what's going on in the waters of Japan? Is Godzilla preparing to rise?
