Oopsy! Ibrahim's Head Pops Off

For those who haven't been following the news, Barzan Ibrahim (Saddam's half-brother) was scheduled to be hanged today. Everything was going according to plan until his head was suddenly decapitated during his execution. Could it be because of his weight? Maybe. In any case, it reminded me of bobbing head car ornaments.
