Gay Dog As Best Man

February 24th 2007 20:45
The aristocratic owner of a gay dog aims to cash in on lucrative same-sex weddings by offering his pet pooch as best man at the ceremonies.

Sir Benjamin Slade, 51, is advertising his 13-year-old Labrador-Doberman cross Jasper – who inherited a £100,000 trust fund – for ceremonies at his 13th century manor in Somerset.

He said: "He likes cleaning up leftover food, won't make embarrassing speeches and has been castrated."

Sounds like a perfect best man to me.

Dementia ...

A castrated, gay dog? What does he do? Use a strap-on? ... Or is he the submissive one? ... And just takes it up the arse? * Does he have a pillow in his kennel? ...

Now theres the thing, how do you know he's gay if he's been castrated? My cats a lesbian BTW, have her as the best cat at a lesbian wedding, give me money while you're at it.

Well, sorry for the acid comment, but don't we all have better things to discuss about?

cheers.

I had a dober-doggy at my wedding.

.. although he wasn't the "best Dog" or anything like that, he was family and I thought he was tremendously handsome ... He wore a white bow-tie...

I don't think he was gay?

His name was Jack.

He's dead now ...

Great Post (again) Dem.
Lilla ...

I have a gay dog. Seriously. We tried to mate him with a bitch before but he just ran away. He also humps all my male friends, never the females.

Yeah, how can you tell if a dog is gay- they all lick themselves there (I suspect if we didn't have remotes for our TVs and opposable thumbs we'd do the same thing). Every dog I've known would hump anyone's leg; my brother once had a neighbor who's dog was nicknamed "Boot" since you only ever saw the pooch wrapped around someone's leg.

Hello Uula

I think that's the beauty and addiction of blogging....there is always something else we could be doing but we're here...perusing, procrastinating, learning, enjoying, escaping, laughing, gasping....yes, my list runneth over...

Dementia - hmmm.....I'm pretty sure my old cat was gay. But it's hard to be sure with a pet who is desexed!!

Lilla - I LOVE Jack. He's so cute with his bowtie!!!!

I love this post!!!

BTW Uula - the fun of blogging is that every discussion doesn't have to meaningful or important!!!

Exactly. I know I would go crazy if everything is too serious. Also, I never intended this blog to be a venue for serious discussion.
