Cult Worships Pine Beetle

Local authorities are warning residents in the Valemount area to be on the lookout for a cult that is recruiting followers in the Robson Valley.
The Dendroctonus Ponderosae Fallus Flamas Cult (also known as the Pine Beetle Fall and Burners), an offshoot of the Buddhist Marathon Monks of central Japan and an ancient animal worship cult from India, is known to be conducting unusual rites and ceremonies in the remote mountains in this area. Experts believe the cult has elevated the Mountain Pine Beetle to deity status. Devotees worship the Mountain Pine Beetle much as Hindus worship Shiva the Destroyer. Like Shiva, followers believe this tiny bug has the power to wreak havoc on the world and subsequently usher in a new era of peace on this planet.
